Running late or need to reschedule?
Please call if you expect to be 5 or 10 minutes late so we can adjust or reschedule your appointment. A late cancellation fee (50% of service) may apply. No shows (and late without notice) will be charged 100% of service and your online booking ability may be affected. Please cancel with 24 hours of your appointment to avoid charges.
We are rated M for Mature
As we offer a judgment free zone where adults can escape the day, relax, and vent if they wish - please be aware that conversations are usually not child appropriate. No minors will be permitted without prior, express permission from the owner.
No animals, please
Due to state board regulation, only approved service animals are permitted in the salon.
All service animals must be clearly marked and leashed. If service animal is disruptive (aggressiveness. begging. accidents. etc.), aside from alerting. their owner will be required to remove them from the premises.
Street parking available
Parking is available in front of the building. Please be aware that the adjacent lot is not ours - by parking there, you risk being towed at your own expense.
Three day warranty
All services are non-refundable, but a 3 day warranty applies to workmanship. Breaks, chips, and smudges must be scheduled within 3 days of original service. We cannot guarantee another salon's work, as our products and processes may be counter productive. A complete removal, nail health assessment and new set will be required for our warranty to apply.
